NOVEMBER 2006: London and Lightshows
Maybe it's the approach of Midwinter, but it's not been too good a month for me heathwaise, and as such I was unable to play my gig on 17th at the King Billy. But I'll be on on the 15th of Next month so you can catch me there :-) Otherwise this month I've supported two of the region's  best acts, Emma Rugg and also the Meg Williams Band, the latter of which sport a light show I have yet to see due to me having to rush off after my set for another function. I've also been down to London this month for a short visit.
November Gigs
- Supporting Emma Rugg at the Tiger's Lair, Hull
- Supporting the Meg Williams Band at the Queen's Hotel, Hull

OCTOBER 2006: Happy Samhain!
Like the colours of the autumn leaves, it's been a month of contrasts for me; on the one hand I've been suffering from naff health on-and-off, and on the other hand I seem to have attracted more future performances and gigs, as well as having a short story published at the end of the year in a US anthology (to read more about this visit the Green Man Tales section HERE). Plus I've received some radio airtime on the Angel After Dark Show at Oban FM. For more information visit my Media page HERE. As for the website, you'll notice the overhaul coming together and that some of my song lyrics are nowavailable, although it will take some time to get them all on; keep checking back.
October Gigs

- Full set at the Tiger's Lair, Hull
- Interview & Performance on Radio Humberside

SEPTEMBER 2006: Website Overhaul
Those familiar with this ite will notice that there's been a serious overhaul of these pages. Some are still under construction, and some haven't yet been "transferred" from the old-style site so you may encounter a few "page under construction" notices. Note also that not everyone on my list of intended recipients will have received their BBC Humberside interview disc yet - slight delay with that ... and the Springboard video of my set will be posted on the site soon :-)
September Gigs
- Open Mic at the Tap & Spile, Hull
- Full Set at the Tiger's Lair, Hull

AUGUST 2006: Springboard Summer Bash & Lammas Fair
This month I have had some airplay on BBC Radio York, and played a couple of summer festivals; Springboard (covered on BBC Look North, the Hull Daily Mail and BBC Radio York) and was the opening act for the Sentry Circle Lammas Fair in North Yorkshire. I'm currently working on some designs for the cover of my new CD, La Vaquera and will also soon have available a short video of my set at the Springboard Festival.

JULY 2006: Radio Humberside & Filey Folk Festival
This month I have been interviewed with a live performance on BBC Radio Humberside. A limited edition CD of this event (20, two issues of ten) is winging its way to some close friends and supporters of my music. As there is some strange audio effect with the guitar, I'll probably have it remastered and reissue it again later in the year. There are some delays with this process so if you're on my hit list please be patient ;-) Plus I've also spent a weekend at the Filey Folk Festival.
July Gigs

APRIL 2006: Back From Basque
Well this month I spent seven days in Bilbao, which I think has provided a much needed boost to my oft none-too-good health. For the low down on it my blog is HERE. Other than that it's been the usual Open Mic line up plus a photoshoot for the Springboard festival (see above announcement), for which I'm practicising some of my older favourites from the CD.

MARCH 2006: New Pages Under Construction
Due to changes in my hosting account I've now much more page space, so a couple of new pages are being added now, and then the site will, in the future, receive some more major development. One of these may be an interactive section with surveys and Web TV, I'll be working on it over the coming weeks. I've also been getting into the Myspace community ... beware if you're thinking of starting a Myspace, it's addictive ...! (But also much easier and accessible than running a site like this!)

FEBRUARY 2006: An Introspective Imbolc and a Lively Lupercalia
Thanks to the close friends whose kind words and wonderful company have made this hard part of the year so much easier for me - you know who you are :-) This month I've spent a couple of weeks in Edinburgh and managed to squeeze in a couple of gigs.
